  I just got home from work after being off for 4 days!!! I accomplished a good bit on my off days, LOVED it!!  Ella is starting to be so much FUN, she’s almost 19 months. I knew once we hit the 18 month mark she would start doing better. Not as whiney and into stuff as much..althugh she still whines and plunders, lol….just not as BAD!!

   We had our monthly trade game this past Sunday on Mommy Auctions. If you have any stuff for Moms and kids you sell, you need to join this site. It’s wonderful!! I sold a set of small bows and two more small bows and 5 yards of ribbon. I got My youngest daughter a gorgeous Chrismtmas dress, brand new and my husband a “DAD” Ty beanie baby. I also get some of the cutest stuff on there.

    I have an order for a man that comes in where I work. He needs two small bows for someone he knows that just had a baby girl. I have to get them started in a li’l bit. And I have the entire weekend OFF!! I took my youngest kids to the park yesterday, they LOVED it. Ella did really well, she is finally get the hang of it, lol. She ran all in the water and walked around the lake and fed the ducks. It was wonderful!! When we got back I went and got my hair and nails done. TOday has been a laid back day, need to clean and I am, little here and there. I have potatoes boiling and a cake baking right now. I also have my hamburger patties made up for our cook out in a li’l bit. Hamburgers, potato salad, cake and whatever else, lol. YUMMY!!

WHere do you network and how often?

I KNOW, I need to be making fall and halloween bows…I will…I sit and look at my ribbon and THINK!!! Until I see colors that look good together and then I start creating. It is SO  much fun!! I may go to Hobby Lobby this weekend or early next week and look for some FALL stuff. One thing is…I need more ORANGE ribbon. These are cute though. Red and green and I have a sleigh in the center and a reindeer on top and a christmas tree on the bottom.

My kids have been going all Day!! My little one has decided not to SLEEP!! She slept for less than an hour ALL DAY today, lol. She’s in a good mood though. Ryan, my 7 year old, was sick this morning so he stayed home. He slept most of the morning. Jerica, my 13 year old, is trying to get discovered on youtube with her singing. She says we are moving to California and going to all the Jonas Brother’s concerts, lol. Alex, my oldest, 16 years old, lives with his Daddy. He JUST got his Learners permit and is DRIVING everywhere.  What are your kids doing? Are they in school? Mine started the 7th.

  I am BUSY advertising so if anyone has some GREAT, CHEAP places to do this, LMK. I just heard of backpage, so I sent an ad there. It is cheap, like that. I posted an ad to the Birmingham place too, did that yesterday. Some guy through Craigslist contacted me way back about that, but I didn’t post until yesterday. I need to post on craigslist again as well.

   It is a very nice day to be AUGUST. It is cool out, not as dry and humid, feels like FALL. I LOVE it. My favorite time of year is the fall/winter months and all the UPCOMING holidays. I am getting my holiday bows ready. I made two fall bows today and listed them in my store. They are so adorable!! I also made some new birthday bows and listed them as well.

  It’s FRIDAY!! I am off today, but have to work all weekend. I am about to work on some bows…Or, at least I PLAN to. Ella is napping right now. I have some Mickey Mouse centers and Christmas center pieces I want to use. I also want to make some BIG outdoor CHRISTMAS bows and wreaths. I have a lot of velvet ribbon and beads….They will look so good.

  I created me a website for my bows. It’s a freebie, but…soon I will have a paid one. I also had me an ad running on google, but was told I shoudn’t do that unless I have a LOT of money to spend, so it’s on PAUSE, lol.  Tell me what you think of me FREE site.
